Celem ogólnym proj. jest: usprawnienie oraz podniesienie jakości pracy socjalnej świadczonej na rzecz os. zgłaszających się do OPS w Janowie Lub. W rezultacie projektu nastąpi odciążenie prac. soc. od zadań związanych z postępowaniem admin. na rzecz podnies. jakości pracy soc. i świadczenia usług soc. Grupę doc. stan.: OPS w Janowie Lub. benef. instytu. oraz prac.; 26 os. w tym 3 mężczyzn i 23 kobiety.Proj. przewid. nast. zad:1. Przygot. OPS do wdraż. zmian org. w zakr. dost. i dopos., w tym: wyposaż. pom., oprac. dok. org. 2. Wdroż. zmian i usprawnień org. w OPS, w tym: szkolenia i superwizję oraz wizyty studyjne.W OPS nastąpi zm. systemu org. w zakresie obsługi klientów i zadań prac. soc., skutkująca poprawą jakości pracy. Struktura OPS będzie zgodna z zapisem art. 110a ustawy o pomocy społecznej. Zmiana org.pracy będzie polegała na rozdzieleniu zadań adm OPS od pracy socj. i usług socjalnych, co przyczyni się do poprawy obsługi osób zgłaszających się do OPS.Wprowadzenie zmian w strukturze OPS przyczyni się do usprawnienia pracy, przyniesie za sobą poprawę jakości obsługi klienta, umożliwiając tym samym możliwość przezwyciężenia trudnej sytuacji życiowej, tym samym w większym stopniu prac. soc. będą mieli możliwość rozszerzenia form i jakości pracy soc. oraz usług.Dokonywane zmiany dadzą mozliwość pełnego wykorzystania kwalifikacji i kompetencji zatrudn. prac. socj. i wpłynie to na zwiększenie udziału w działaniach OPS- pracy socj. oraz zwiększenie poziomu realizacji różnego rodz. usł. niezb. dla osób zgłaszaj. się do pom. społ, zgodnie z wstępnym rozezn. potrzeb. W ram. proj. zostanie wdrożony nowy system org., zgodny z art.110a ust. o pom. społ. Ponadto wnioskodawca zapewni wykorzystanie rozwiazań modelowych oddzielenia procedury adm. przyznawania świadczeń pomocy społecznej od pracy sojalnej w oparciu o Zasady wdrazania usprawnień org. w jednostkach org. pom. społ. oraz o Modele realizacji usług o określonym standardzie w gminie oraz miescie na prawach powiatu. The change of work will consist of separating the tasks of adm OPS from social work. and social services, which will help to improve the service of persons applying for the OPS.Introducing changes in the structure of the OPS will contribute to the improvement of work, will result in an improvement of the quality of customer service, thus allowing the possibility to overcome the difficult situation of life, thus increasing the level of work. soc. will have the possibility to expand the forms and quality of work. and services. A new org. system will be implemented in the project framework, in accordance with Article 110a. In addition, the applicant will ensure the use of model solutions to separate the adm. procedure of granting social assistance benefits from sojal work based on the principles of implementation of org. improvements in units org. pom. społ. and Models for the implementation of services of defined standard in the commune and the city on the rights of the county.
