Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żnińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez - uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych – w co najmniej 43%; - osoby niepełnosprawne – w co najmniej 17%; -osoby długotrwale bezrobotne – w co najmniej 35%; -osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach – w co najmniej 36%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Żniń County. The main result of the project will be at least 43 % of the employment of participants not eligible for any of the following target groups; — persons with disabilities – at least 17 %; — long-term unemployed persons – at least 35 %; — low-skilled people – at least 36 %. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
