The project aims to develop the social economy and growth sector in the economy by raising employment levels in the PS region. The actions envisaged in the project are aimed at: natural persons and entities aimed at setting up a social enterprise and social enterprises themselves, including social cooperatives. The Western Pomeranian Centres of Social Economy and Social Assistance (ODS) through the use of individual support paths based on instruments such as: training, including professional training, advice, including business advice, career counselling, psychological support, mentoring, coaching, as well as the ability to familiarise themselves with those working in the social economy sector (e.g. study visits), will make it possible to increase the knowledge and skills needed to set up and/or develop and/or develop a social enterprise, including a social cooperative, at least 50 participants. Subsequently, a minimum of 25 permanent jobs will be created, which will be created thanks to the allocation of funding for the creation of a new job in the social economy sector, which is closely linked to the emergence of new PS in the region. New jobs for a stable strengthening of the business competences of project participants will be supported in the following 12 months through the provision of bridge support in financial form and non-financial assistance, i.e. through personalised advice, including business advice, coaching, mentoring. The comprehensiveness of the actions will be ensured through close cooperation between the SMS and the social economy sector, including social assistance centres, district employment offices, local business representatives. Projekt dąży do rozwoju sektora ekonomii społecznej i wzrostu jego znaczenia w gospodarce poprzez wzrost poziomu zatrudnienia w PS w regionie szczecińskim. Działania przewidziane w projekcie skierowane są do: osób fizycznych i podmiotów ukierunkowanych na założenie przedsiębiorstwa społecznego oraz samych przedsiębiorstw społecznych, w tym spółdzielni socjalnych. Sieć Zachodniopomorska Ośrodków Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej ( SZOWES) dzięki zastosowaniu indywidualnych ścieżek wsparcia bazujących na instrumentach takich jak: szkolenia, w tym szkolenia zawodowe, doradztwo, w tym doradztwo biznesowe, doradztwo zawodowe, wsparcie psychologiczne , mentoring, coaching, a także możliwość zapoznania się z podmiotami funkcjonującymi w sektorze ekonomii społecznej (poprzez np. wizyty studyjne), umożliwi podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności potrzebnych do założenia i/lub prowadzenia i/lub rozwijania przedsiębiorstwa społecznego, w tym spółdzielni socjalnej minimum 50 uczestnikom projektu. Następnie zostanie utworzonych minimum 25 trwałych miejsc pracy, które powstaną dzięki przyznaniu środków finansowych na stworzenie nowego miejsca pracy w sektorze ekonomii społecznej, co ściśle powiązane jest z powstawaniem nowych PS w regionie szczecińskim. Nowe miejsca pracy dla stabilnego wzmocnienia kompetencji biznesowych uczestników projektu, wspierane będą, w okresie kolejnych 12 miesięcy poprzez przyznanie wsparcia pomostowego w formie finansowej i wsparcia niefinansowego tj. w ramach zindywidualizowanego doradztwa, w tym doradztwo biznesowe, coaching, mentoring. Kompleksowość działań będzie zapewniona dzięki ścisłej współpracy SZOWES z otoczeniem sektora ekonomii społecznej, w tym ośrodkami pomocy społecznej, powiatowymi urzędami pracy, przedstawicielami biznesu lokalnego.
