MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: By 30.11.2020, employment will increase and social activity 60 (42K, 18M) of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion of residents of the district of West Pomerania is increased by means of their participation in the comprehensive activation programme, using activation instruments within the CIS services in Rogozinie, implemented on the basis of the Social Employment Act of 13.06.2003. MAIN RESULTS: at least 15 persons (11K, 4M) will start looking for a job, 9 people (7K, 2M) will take up employment, 54-m (38K, 16M) will be able to be active on the labour market; the social performance indicator for persons will be undermined by a social performance ratio of 44 % (or 44 % for severely disabled persons....), a performance indicator of -32 % (22 % for severely disabled persons...). AUDIENCE: 60 inhabitants (42K, 18M) of the district of buckwheat, West’s province, which is at risk of poverty and/or risk of poverty, and/or to the age of people who are unemployed, who are unemployed, who do not have their own income, with low levels of education and professional qualifications; referred to in Article 1 (1) 2 of the Social Employment Act of 13.06.2003; which are in the form of a sytem that causes poverty and limits participation in professional, social and family life. The preferred group is: inhabitants living in rural areas, with a significant or moderate degree of disability, who are experiencing multiple exclusions. MAIN TASKS: social and professional reintegration within the CIS in Rogozinie, preceded by comprehensive diagnosis of the suitability and needs of the participants in terms of social and professional activation, as well as the payment of integration benefits. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: Do 30.11.2020 r. zwiększy się zatrudnienie i wzrośnie aktywność społeczna 60(42K,18M ) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym mieszkańców powiatu gryfickiego w woj. zachodniopomorskiego, poprzez ich udział w kompleksowym programie aktywizacyjnym, wykorzystującym instrumenty aktywizacji zawodowej w ramach usług CIS w Rogozinie,realizowanych w oparciu o ustawę z dnia 13.06.2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: przynajmniej 15osób(11K,4M)po opuszczeniu programu podejmie poszukiwanie pracy,9osób(7K,2M)podejmie zatrudnienie,54osoby(38K,16M)nabędą kompetencje umożliwiające im aktywność na rynku pracy; wskaźnik efektywności społecznej w odniesieniu do osób zagroż. wykl. społ. wyniesie 44% (też 44% w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności….),wskaźnik efektyw. zawod.-32%(22% w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności…). GRUPA DOCELOWA: 60 mieszkańców(42K,18M) powiatu gryfickiego , woj. zachodniopom, zagroż. ubóstwem i/lub wykl. społ, pełnoletnich, w wieku aktywności zawodowej, pozostających bez zatrudnienia, nie posiadających własnych dochodów,o niskim poziomie wykształcenia i kwalifikacji zawodowych; o których mowa w art.1 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 13.06.2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym; które znajdują się w syt. powodującej ubóstwo i ograniczającej uczestnictwo w życiu zawodowym, społecznym i rodzinnym. Grupa preferowana to: mieszkańcy terenów wiejskich, o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osoby doświadczające wielorakiego wykluczenia. GŁÓWNE ZADANIA: reintegracja społeczna i zawodowa w ramach CIS w Rogozinie, poprzedzone kompleksową diagnozą predyspozycji i potrzeb uczestników pod kątem aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej, a także wypłata świadczeń integracyjnych.
