Brownfield lokaliteti predstavljaju veliki potencijal za unaprjeđenje ekonomskog, ekološkog i društvenog okruženja u UP-u Zadar. Najveći dio brownfield područja se odnosi na bivša vojna područja (83,3 %) koja je nužno je revitalizirati na korist stanovništva iz UP Zadar.Projektom se brownfield prostor bivše vojarne u ulici S. Radića, kao i bivši vojni kompleks, obnavlja i ponovno stavlja u funkciju kako bi se postojeći, trenutno neiskorišteni prostor, ponovno upotrebljavao i služio zajednici.Cilj projekta je revitalizacija brownfield područja bivšeg vojnog kompleksa rekonstrukcijom i uređenjem bivšeg vojnog objekta u prostor javno – društvenog i kulturnog sadržaja. The largest part of the Brownfield is concentrated in the former military area (83.3 %), which is necessarily revitalised for the benefit of the people of the UP — The Brownfield area of the former military barracks at the S. Radć street, as well as the former military complex, restores and re-works to make the existing, currently untapped, re-use and serve together.The project aims to revitalise the downfield area of the former military complex by the reconstruction and regulation of the former military site in the area of public — social and cultural content. La plupart des friches industrielles se réfèrent à d’anciennes zones militaires (83,3 %) qui doivent être revitalisées au bénéfice de la population de l’UP Zadar. Le projet vise à l’espace de friches de l’ancienne caserne de la rue S. Radića, ainsi qu’à l’ancien complexe militaire, en reconstruisant et réhabilitant l’espace existant, actuellement inutilisé, réutilisé et au service de la communauté.Le projet a pour but de revitaliser la zone de friches de l’ancien complexe militaire par la reconstruction et la remise en état de l’ancienne installation militaire dans l’espace public — social et culturel.
