Ground floor: a 23.4 m² playing field/playground; 23.6 m² and 26.2 m² -3 sanitary nodes (bathrooms) with a total exchange of 13.8 m² -dishwashers — 4.1 m² -room chapter for meals (catering kitchens) -4.5 m² -cloakroom with a corridor of 17.3 m² -cage staircase — 13.8 m² -corridor -2.5 m² -corridor -8.7 m² -corridor -2 m² -corridor -16.5 m² -v-4.5 m² — unit 7.2 m² — box 7.4 m² — other corridor — 73.3 m² — others: less than 20.9 m² 3. In the cellar: -3 pumping capacity 13.2 m², 11.3 m² and 32.7 m², in a corridor of -27.4 m². The project provides for the provision of a nursery school: 3 lockers of 9 lockers, 1 cupboards with 6 lockers, 6 hexagon chairs, 32 chairs, 1cupboards with cot, 24 cot, 1desk (with 2 cabinets + 2 drawers), 1cupboards with shelves, 6 rack plates, 1shirts. Projekt pn. „Przebudowa, adaptacja i wyposażenie budynku komunalnego w Mąkolnie na cele przedszkolno-edukacyjne" zrealizowany zostanie na terenie Mąkolna w gminie Sompolno, w pow. konińskim, w woj. wlkp.Po przebudowie powstanie trójoddziałowe przedszkole dla 32 dzieci, budynek dwukondygnacyjny (parter z poddaszem użytkowym z podpiwniczeniem). Budynek po przebudowie spełniać będzie standardy i wymogi niezbędne dla obiektów przedszkolnych i harmonijnie nawiązywać będzie do otaczającego go parku (zabytkowy zespół dworski). Projekt obejmuje zagospodarowanie terenu wokół przedszkola, w tym parking dla pracowników i rodziców z drogą dojazdową i trawnik (koszt niekwalif.). Po adaptacji budynku komunalnego powstaną: 1. Na parterze:-trzy sale zajęć/zabaw o wymiarach 23,4 m2; 23,6m2 i 26,2m2 -3 oddziały węzłów sanitarnych (łazienki) o łącznych wymiarach13,8m2 -zmywalnia-4,1m2-pomieszczenie rozdziału posiłków(kuchnia cateringowa)-4,5m2 -szatnia z korytarzem-17,3m2-klatka schodowa-13,8m2-przedsionek-2,5m2 -korytarz-8,7m2 2.Na poddaszu:-klatka schodowa-16,5m2 -pomieszczenie socjalne-7,2m2 -wc-4,5m2 -pom. porządkowe-7,4m2 - gabinet dyrektora-8,0m2 - korytarz-73,3m2 - pozostałe: poddasze nieużytkowe-20,9m2 3.
