The project is aimed at 190 UP (130K; 60M), residing in Pile, Wlkp. The aim of the project is to improve the quality and offer of activities to persons at risk of social exclusion by the MOPs in Pile in the Social Integration Club. The measures taken aim to align the competences of social assistance customers with the needs of the labour market and aim at integrating and activating the social and labour market participation of people/families/groups/groups at risk of poverty or social exclusion. occupational and specialised counselling (professional advisers, psychologists, educators, lawyer and addiction therapist), training in job-search skills, training of social and general competence, personal development workshops, computer courses and lectures on social issues, violence and addiction, organisation of self-help groups according to the needs of the participants, Activation Programme and Integration — in accordance with the PUP agreement. The UP will be supported by a social worker (social contacts) and family assistants (20 families). Actions of an environmental nature will also be implemented, including: 11 events of an inclusive, educational and cultural nature will be offered to cinemas for all UP and their entourage. GMINA PIŁA/MIEJSKI OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W PILE/KLUB INTEGRACJI SPOŁECZNEJ

Projekt jest skierowany do 190 UP (130K;60M), zamieszkujących w Pile, w woj. wlkp. Przedmiotem projektu jest podniesienie jakości oraz poszerzenie oferty działań, skierowanych do osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, realizowanych przez MOPS w Pile w Klubie Integracji Społecznej. Podejmowane działania służą dostosowaniu kompetencji klientów pomocy społecznej do potrzeb rynku pracy oraz mają na celu integrację i aktywizację społeczno-zawodową osób/rodzin/grup/środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym.W tym celu w projekcie przewiduje się realizację kompleksowego wsparcia: poradnictwo zawodowe i specjalistyczne (z doradcą zawodowym, psychologami, pedagogiem,prawnikiem i terapeutą uzależnień), szkolenie z zakresu umiejętności poszukiwania pracy, treningi kompetencji społecznych i ogólnopracowniczych, warsztaty rozwoju osobistego, zajęcia komputerowe oraz wykłady dot.kwestii społecznych, przemocy i uzależnień, organizowanie grup samopomocowych zgodnie z potrzebami uczestników, Program Aktywizacja i Integracja - zgodnie z porozumieniem z PUP w Pile. UP zostaną objęci wsparciem pracownika socjalnego (kontakty socjalne) i asystenta rodziny (20 rodzin). Realizowane będą również działania o charakterze środowiskowym, w tym: 11 imprez o charakterze integracyjnym, edukacyjnym i kulturalnym oraz zostaną zapewnione bilety do kina dla wszystkich UP i osób z ich otoczenia.
