Com o projeto proposto pretende-se promover a reformulação profunda das metodologias de planeamento e atividade da Entidade Reguladora da Saúde, implementando um modelo de supervisão baseada no risco (Risk-Based Supervision - RBS). Este projeto será apenas aplicado à prestação de cuidados de saúde primários. Num momento posterior, e consoante os resultados do projeto, prevê-se que a metodologia seja alargada às restantes áreas.
