The aim of the project is to develop a method for removing water-insoluble terpene compounds from natural citrus compounds in the blending process and the development of 2 new innovative product groups: — a group of natural food flavourings (e.g. lime, bergamot, lemon, lemon, lemon); The output of the project will be achieved by the following product indicators: — L. enterprises receiving support — 1 unit — L of enterprises receiving subsidies — 1 cycle — Private investment in support of public support for enterprises (grants) — 327 950,00 PLN- L. of enterprises investing in R & D — 1 shop — L. undertakings working with research centres — 1 scheme — Investment in the purchase of R & D equipment for the business of the Applicant, provision of infrastructure to the business sector, transfer of information and provision of services to the company. the project’s subject matter involves the development of R & D and the purchase of infrastructure R & R.Delivery of the project will contribute to the development of cooperation and knowledge transfer between the applicant and the scientific body. It will increase the potential of the applicant to carry out research, which will result in the implementation of process and product innovations with the possibility of practical and cost-effective application. The project will also result in a development of the R & D cell. The applicant shall also provide for the filing of the application for the patent for the invention, industrial design or design. the project will be implemented in the period 1.09.2018-31.08.2019. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie metody usuwania nierozpuszczalnych w wodzie związków terpenowych z naturalnego aromatu cytrusowego w procesie mieszania oraz opracowanie 2 nowych innowacyjnych grup produktów:- grupa naturalnych aromatów spożywczych (np. limetka, bergamotka, cytryna, pomarańcz, limetka-cytryna); - emulsje cytrusowe.W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące wskaźniki produktu:- L. przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie - 1 szt.- L. przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje - 1 szt.- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) – 327 950,00 PLN- L. przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie prowadzenia prac B+R – 1 szt.- L. przedsiębiorstw ponoszących nakłady inwestycyjne na działalność B+R – 1szt.- L. przedsiębiorstw współpracujących z ośrodkami badawczymi – 1 szt.- Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury naukowo-badawczej – 778 590,00 PLN- L. zakupionej aparatury naukowo-badawczej – 13 szt.Projekt zakłada transfer pasywny, który obejmuje wdrożenie wyników prac B+R do własnej działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy, udostępnianie infrastruktury sektorowi biznesu, transfer informacji oraz świadczenie usług dla przedsiębiorstw.Przedmiot projektu obejmuje przeprowadzenie prac B+R oraz zakup infrastruktury B+R.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozwoju współpracy i transferu wiedzy między Wnioskodawcą a jednostką naukową. Spowoduje wzrost potencjałuinnowacyjnego Wnioskodawcy, gdyż pozwoli na realizację badań, których rezultatem będzie wdrożenie innowacji procesowej oraz produktowej z możliwością praktycznego i opłacalnego zastosowania. W wyniku projektu zostanie również rozwinięta komórka badawczo-rozwojowa. Wnioskodawca przewiduje również dokonanie zgłoszenia patentowego wynalazku, wzoru przemysłowego lub wzoru użytkowego.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 1.09.2018-31.08.2019r.
