The results to be achieved through the implementation of the project are: (a) the number of people without rob (including the long-term bezomb.) supported by the programme: 8oS. (7K/1M) (b) Number of inactive persons supported by the programme: 2oS. (2K/0M) c) Number of the low-skilled supported in the programme: 10oS. (9K/1M) -All target group d) Number of persons working after leaving (including self-employed): 3- (2K/1M) -1o.passive competition — (1K) e) number of persons who have acquired qualifications and/or competence after leaving the programme: 3- (2K/1M) -1o.passive competition — (1K) f) An overall employment rate of a minimum of 40 % of the target group (4K). The support will be provided to 10os (including 9K) over the age of 29 years from the inactive/inactive group. Of this group of persons, 80 % will be direct persons. (7K/1M) and 20 % will be passive persons (2k). The project provides for the following forms of support for all participants: A group psychological and advisory workshop on active labour search techniques (80 hours), professional counselling. linked to the development of IPD- (4 hours per person) — train-the-training courses adapted to the skills and suitability of the participants and the needs of the local labour market — (1 training course of 4 training course of 150 hours per 1 participant in proj.) — placement of a 9-m-long internship. Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie do 30.04.2017 aktywności zawod. i zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia u 10os.(9K/1M) powyżej 29 roku życia (bezrob.,poszuk.pr. i nieaktyw./biernych zawod.) z pow.giżyckiego i uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez mini.40% uczest.proj. do 3m-cy od zakończenia udziału w proj. Rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji proj. to: a) liczba osób bezrob.(łącznie z długotrwale bezrob.) objętych wsparciem w programie: 8os.(7K/1M) b) liczba osób biernych zawod.objętych wsparciem w programie: 2os.(2K/0M) c) liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie: 10os.(9K/1M)-cała grupa docelowa d) liczba osób pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek): -3os.bezrob.-(2K/1M) -1os.bierna zawod.-(1K) e) liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje i/lub kompetencje zawod.po opuszczeniu programu: -3os.bezrob.-(2K/1M) -1os.bierna zawod.-(1K) f) ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnienia–minimum 40% grupy docelowej (4K). Wsparciem w ramach proj. objętych będzie 10os.(w tym 9K) w wieku powyżej 29 lat z grupy osób bezrob./biernych zawod. Wśród tej grupy osób 80% stanowić będą osoby bezrob.(7K/1M), a 20% stanowić będą osoby bierne zawod.(2K). W proj. przewidziano następujące formy wsparcia dla wszystkich uczestników proj.: - grupowy warsztat psychologiczno-doradczy z zakresu technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy-(80 godzin) - poradnictwo zawod.połączone z wypracowywaniem IPD-(4 godziny na osobę) - szkolenia zawod.dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy-(1 szkolenie z 4 do wyboru trwające 150 godzin dydaktycznych na 1 uczestnika proj.) - pośrednictwo pracy-(przez okres 9m-cy) - 5 m-czne staże zawod. Przewidziano także wsparcie towarzyszące jak: stypendia, wyżywienie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu, zwrot kosztów opieki nad os.zależnymi, pokrycie kosztów niezbędnych badań lekarskich i ubezpieczeń.
