Το έργο αφορά στην υλοποίηση δράσεων παροχής Συμβουλευτικής, Επαγγελματικής Κατάρτισης και Πιστοποίησης γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων για 100 ανέργους σε ειδικότητες που έχουν αναδειχθεί από την εγκεκριμένη Στρατηγική Βιώσιμης Αστικής Ανάπτυξης του Δήμου Δράμας. Αναλυτικά προβλέπονται: Παροχή Συμβουλευτικής για 100 ωφελούμενους με ατομικές και ομαδικές συνεδρίες. Θα πραγματοποιηθούν 18 συνεδρίες ανά ωφελούμενο. Υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων Επαγγελματικής Κατάρτισης 5 Θεματικών Ενοτήτων για 100 άτομα, με στόχο την ανάπτυξη Δράσεων Επιχειρηματικότητας στους τομείς αναφοράς των προγραμμάτων. Τα προγράμματα κατάρτισης θα είναι 135 ωρών συνολικού χρόνου (θεωρητικής και πρακτικής) το κάθε ένα και θα αφορούν στα εξής αντικείμενα: α) Παροχή υπηρεσιών επισιτιστικού τομέα, β) E-Commerce, Hospitality Sales και Marketing, γ) Υποδοχή και Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών Ξενοδοχείου, δ) Ειδικός Σχεδιασμού Ιστοσελίδων και Εφαρμογών, ε) Λιανικό Εμπόριο. Πιστοποίηση δεξιοτήτων των 100 ωφελουμένων από αρμόδιους φορείς πιστοποίησης. Δράσεις ενημέρωσης και ευαισθητοποίησης του κοινού για το υλοποιούμενο έργο. (Greek)

The project concerns the implementation of actions providing Consultative, Vocational Training and Certification of knowledge and skills for 100 unemployed people in specialties that have emerged from the approved Sustainable Urban Development Strategy of the Municipality of Drama. Detailed provisions are provided for: Counseling for 100 beneficiaries with individual and group sessions. There will be 18 sessions per beneficiary. Implementation of vocational training programmes of 5 Thematic Units for 100 people, aiming at the development of Entrepreneurship Actions in the fields of reference of the programmes. The training programmes will be 135 hours of total time (theoretical and practical) each and will relate to the following subjects: A) Provision of food services, (b) E-Commerce, Hospitality Sales and Marketing, c) Hotel Customer Reception and Service, d) Website Design and Applications Specialist, e) Retail Trade. Certification of skills of 100 beneficiaries by competent certification bodies. Actions to inform and raise public awareness of the project implemented. (English)
