"General objectives: - improvement of employment and entrepreneurship structure in the area of the Iwonicz-Zdrój spa and the Iwonicz-Zdrój commune and in the surroundings; - higher quality of life of the residents of the Iwonicz commune -Zdrój and Krosno poviat. The subject of the project is the reconstruction, extension and superstructure of the "Excelsior" Health Resort and Rehabilitation Hospital in Iwonicz-Zdrój together with the purchase of rehabilitation equipment and development of the surroundings. The subject project includes the implementation of the following tasks: I. Reconstruction, extension and superstructure of the eastern wing together with the reconstruction of the access surfaces, access roads and pavements of the "EXCELSIOR" Health Resort and Rehabilitation Hospital in Iwonicz-Zdrój. The scope of works planned to be carried out as part of the task includes: - demolition works, - earthworks, - foundation works , - reinforcement works, - foundation insulation works, - foundation walls protection, - masonry works, - plastering, cladding, insulation and painting works, - flooring, - installation of window and door joinery, - interior finishing works, - installation of permanent equipment, - concreting works, - roofing and ceiling insulation, - exterior finishing works, - landscaping (sidewalk construction, renovation of the existing pavement, renovation of access roads). II. Renovation of the facade and roof of the "Józef Józef source" building. The scope of works planned to be carried out as part of the task includes: - damp insulation of foundation walls of the ground floor walls, - facade renovation, - facade coloring, - renovation and painting of roofing, - replacement of window and door frames .III. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest wzrost jakości i atrakcyjność oferty lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego w Szpitalu Uzdrowiskowo-Rehabilitacyjnym EXCELSIOR”.Cele ogólne:- poprawa struktury zatrudnienia i przedsiębiorczości na obszarze uzdrowiska Iwonicz-Zdrój i gminy Iwonicz-Zdrój oraz w otoczeniu;- wyższa jakość życia mieszkańców gminy Iwonicz-Zdrój i powiatu krośnieńskiego.Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa, rozbudowa i nadbudowa Szpitala Uzdrowiskowo – Rehabilitacyjnego „Excelsior” w Iwoniczu-Zdroju wraz z zakupem sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego oraz zagospodarowaniem otoczenia.Przedmiotowy projekt obejmuje realizację następujących zadań:I. Przebudowa, rozbudowa i nadbudowa skrzydła wschodniego wraz z przebudową nawierzchni dojść, dróg dojazdowych i chodników Szpitala Uzdrowiskowo-Rehabilitacyjnego „EXCELSIOR” w Iwoniczu-Zdroju.Zakres planowanych do wykonania prac w ramach zadania obejmuje:- roboty rozbiórkowe,- roboty ziemne,- roboty fundamentowe,- roboty zbrojarskie,- roboty izolacyjne fundamentów,- zabezpieczenie ścian fundamentowych,- roboty murarskie,- roboty tynkarskie, okładzinowe, izolacyjne i malarskie,- wykonanie posadzek,- montaż stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej,- roboty wykończeniowe wewnętrzne,- montaż wyposażenia stałego,- roboty betoniarskie,- pokrycie dachu i izolacja stropu,- roboty wykończeniowe zewnętrzne,- zagospodarowanie terenu (wykonanie chodnika, remont istniejącego chodnika, remont dojazdu).II. Remont elewacji i dachu budynku „Źródło Józefa”.Zakres planowanych do wykonania prac w ramach zadania obejmuje:- izolację przeciwwilgociową murów fundamentowych ścian parteru,- remont elewacji,- wykonanie kolorystyki elewacji,- remont i malowanie pokrycia dachowego,- wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej.III.
