The project aims to digitise and modernise the district geodetic and cartographic resource and make it available through eServices with a high degree of maturity. The following tasks are to be carried out as part of the project: 1. The creation of the GIS platform and the creation of public e-services with the launch of the online payment functionality and the creation of a geo-portal 2. Digitisation of resource materials (paper processing into electronic documents) 3. Modernisation of the land and buildings (EGIB) land and buildings (EGIB) area for Kozłowo 4 areas. Creation of a database of topographical features (BDOT500) for rural areas 5. Creation of a database of topographical features (BDOT500) for the town of Niedzica 6. Modernisation of the detailed geodetic survey. 7. The purchase of IT equipment necessary for the operation of the project and the modernisation of the server house of the Supervision Authority and the monitoring of the modernisation of the land and buildings register for the Municipality of Kozloduy, the creation of the BGR500 base, the modernisation of the detailed land survey will be carried out by a person designated under the Public Procurement Act. Under the Act, the Public Engineer will be selected to be responsible for the project as a whole, in accordance with the adopted timetable and principles set out in the programming documents. The project is part of the assumptions of the SZOOP ROP 2014-2020, through the development of e-services, the digitisation of resources, the provision of public sector information. It aims to strengthen the use of ICT in public services. There will be an increase in the availability of public information and the number of cases handled with IT tools and the deployment of digital services with a high degree of maturity. The project will ensure the interoperability of the district IT system, the development of the public services provided remotely and electronically. (English) | |||

Projekt ma na celu cyfryzację i modernizację powiatowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego oraz udostępnienie go przez e-usługi o wysokim stopniu dojrzałości. W ramach projektu planowane jest przeprowadzenie następujących zadań: 1. Utworzenie platformy GIS oraz utworzenie e-usług publicznych wraz z uruchomieniem funkcjonalności płatności on-line oraz utworzenie geoportalu 2. Cyfryzacja materiałów zasobu (przetworzenie z postaci papierowej do postaci dokumentów elektronicznych) 3. Modernizacja ewidencji gruntów i budynków (EGIB) dla obrębów Gminy Kozłowo 4. Utworzenie bazy danych obiektów topograficznych (BDOT500) dla obszarów wiejskich 5. Utworzenie bazy danych obiektów topograficznych (BDOT500) dla terenu miasta Nidzica 6. Modernizacja szczegółowej osnowy geodezyjnej. 7. Zakup sprzętu IT niezbędny do funkcjonowania projektu i modernizacja serwerowni Nadzór i monitoring nad modernizacją ewidencji gruntów i budynków dla Gminy Kozłowo, utworzeniem bazy BDOT500, modernizacją szczegółowej osnowy geodezyjnej będzie wykonywać osoba wyłoniona w trybie ustawy PZP. W trybie ustawy PZP wyłoniony zostanie Inżynier Kontraktu, który będzie odpowiedzialny za całość realizacji przedsięwzięcia zgodnie z przyjętym harmonogramem i zasadami określonymi w dokumentach programowych. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 poprzez rozwój e-usług, digitalizowanie zasobów, udostępnianie informacji sektora publicznego. Zakłada on wzmocnienie zastosowania TIK w usługach publicznych. Nastąpi zwiększenie dostępności do informacji publicznej i ilości spraw załatwianych z wykorzystaniem narzędzi IT oraz wdrożeniem usług cyfrowych o wysokim stopniu zaawansowania. Zrealizowanie projekt zapewni interoperacyjność powiatowego systemu teleinformatycznego, rozwój usług publicznych świadczonych zdalnie i elektronicznie. (Polish)
