The project concerns the purchase and implementation of solutions for the provision of online public services by the Municipality of Bartoszyce. A ready-made solution will consist of solutions to provide public e-services — front office modules and back-office modules and infrastructure: 1. Front office: A. Electronic interest service, c. active forms, c. online payment, D. online recruitment, f. library Online. 2. Back-office: a. electronic Tabling Desk Officer, b. financial clearance based on individual bank account numbers, c. system for the planning and approval of the organisation of educational units. front office back-office, back-office infrastructure, workstations with the periphery. The deployment of e-services will be implemented in three phases. As a first step, the server infrastructure will be purchased, in the second phase, the implementation of the electronic workflow is planned together with the necessary equipment. The third stage consists of the purchase and implementation of front desk services and the system for managing education. In each step, in addition to the implementation part, training is also planned for staff on: financial accounts based on individual bank accounts, electronic workflow, education systems and server infrastructure. The project is part of the establishment of the ROP WiM, by meeting the limits and limitations in the implementation of projects, in particular: The project involves the implementation of services with a maturity of at least 3, ensuring interoperability between existing and planned services on a region-wide basis and maintaining their compatibility with systems at national level, fulfils the objectives of the Integrated State Programme, — the project is tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities (WCAG 2.0).     Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i wdrożenie rozwiązań umożliwiających świadczenie usług publicznych on-line przez Gminę Miejską Bartoszyce. Na gotowe rozwiązanie składać się będą rozwiązania udostepniające e-usługi publiczne – moduły front-office oraz moduły i infrastruktura wspierającą – back-office: 1. Front-office: a. Elektroniczne Biuro Obsługi Interesanta, b. Aktywne Formularze Elektroniczne, c. Płatności Online, d. Rekrutacja Online, e. Dziennik Ucznia, f. Biblioteka Online. 2. Back-office: a. Elektroniczny Obieg Dokumentów, b. Rozliczenia finansowe na podstawie indywidualnych numerów rachunków bankowych, c. System do planowania i zatwierdzania organizacji jednostek oświatowych. d. Integracja modułów w relacjach: front-office back-office, back-office back-office, e. Infrastruktura serwerowa, stacje robocze wraz z peryferiami. Wdrożenie e-usług realizowane będzie w trzech etapach. W pierwszej kolejności zakupiona zostanie infrastruktura serwerowa, w drugim etapie zaplanowano wdrożenie elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów wraz z niezbędnym sprzętem. Trzeci etap składa się z zakupu i wdrożenia e-usług związanych z front-officem oraz systemem do zarządzania edukacją. Na każdym z etapów, poza częścią wdrożeniową zaplanowano również szkolenia dla pracowników w zakresie: rozliczeń finansowych na podstawie indywidualnych rachunków bankowych, elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów, systemów edukacyjnych oraz infrastruktury serwerowej. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM poprzez spełnienie limitów i ograniczeń w realizacji projektów, w szczególności: - projekt zakłada wdrożenie usług o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 3, - zapewnia interoperacyjność między istniejącymi i planowanymi usługami w skali całego regionu i zachowanie ich kompatybilności z systemami na poziomie krajowym - realizuje założenia Programu Zintegrowanej Informatyzacji Państwa, - projekt jest dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (WCAG 2.0).
