Το έργο αποτελεί ένα ολοκληρωμένο Σχέδιο Δράσης για 86 άνεργους/ες, στην Περιφερειακή Ενότητα Καστοριάς, που αφορά: α) Υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης 162 ωρών το καθένα, στα αντικείμενα «Σύγχρονες τεχνολογίες και τεχνοτροπίες στην παραγωγή προϊόντων γούνας»,«Εξαγωγικό εμπόριο και ενίσχυση εξωστρέφειας επιχειρήσεων παραγωγής και εμπορίας προϊόντων γούνας» και «Διασφάλιση ποιότητας στην παραγωγή προϊόντων γούνας», αντικείμενα της μεταποιητικής γουνοποιίας, τομέα προτεραιότητας έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης RIS3 στην Περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας, β)Πιστοποίηση γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων των ωφελούμενων, στις ειδικότητες «Γουνοποιός-Γουνοτεχνίτης»,«Στέλεχος εξαγωγικού - διεθνούς εμπορίου» και «Στέλεχος Ποιότητας», γ) Συμβουλευτική Επιχειρηματικότητας καθώς και ενέργειες προώθησης των ωφελούμενων στην απασχόληση ή αυτοαπασχόληση.
