(Greek)

The MEM-Q proposal is a bilateral Greek-Russian research initiative aimed at developing quantum nanoelectronic devices by application to quantum and neuromorphic computing. The aim of the proposal is twofold. The first objective is to work together the research teams of the two countries which have complementary and high-level research experience in the field of quantum nanoelectronics. The second objective is the development of innovative and reliable memory resistors (the new element of electronics discovered at the beginning of the 21st century) to develop information and logic storage data that will be suitable for the implementation of high-density and non-conventional computing examples such as quantum and neuromorphic computing. The objectives of the programme are the following research and innovation actions: The development of innovative materials for memory resistance devices, (b) the construction of innovative nanoelectronic memory resistors devices, (c) the modeling of proposed nano-orders and (d) the development of new algorithms for quantum and neuromorphic computing based on the characteristics of the devices to be studied. For this purpose the project has been organised in five work packages and is required for the implementation of 111 man-months. (English)
