The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of persons over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the outermost regions. The project will support a group of 294 unemployed persons over the age of 29 (170 women and 124 men) selected for the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). For each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant, on the basis of tailored services and labour market measures. Of the group of 294 participants in the project: 267 people will be sent for a traineeship, 3 people for training, 20 people for emergency work, 2 people will be sent to work in the framework of reimbursement of the cost of retrofitting work stations and 2 people will receive one-off resources to start their own business. The project will lead to the placement of 133 project participants (77 women and 56 men), including at least: 44 % of the population aged 50 and over; 44 % of women; 44 % of persons with disabilities; 44 % of the long-term unemployed; 44 % of the low-skilled. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie opatowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objęta grupa 294 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia ( 170 kobiet i 124 mężczyzn) zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika, na tej podstawie realizowane będą odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. Spośród grupy 294 uczestników projektu: 267 osób zostanie skierowanych do odbycia stażu,3 osoby na szkolenie, 20 osób do prac interwencyjnych, 2 osoby zostaną skierowane do pracy w ramach refundacji kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy oraz 2 osoby otrzymają jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 133 uczestników projektu ( 77 kobiet i 56 mężczyzn), w tym przez co najmniej: 44 % osób w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia ; 44 % kobiet; 44 % osób z niepełnosprawnościami; 44 % osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 44 % osób o niskich kwalifikacjach.
