Předmětem projektu je poskytnout ucelený koncept aktivit, který přispěje k posílení pracovní a sociální integrace CS. Hlavní aktivitou projektu je zajištění zahraniční stáže v Irsku. Projekt klade důraz na motivaci CS, individuální přístup, získání sebevědomí prostřednictvím realizace zahraniční stáže a pomoc CS na trh práce. Projekt realizuje HERTIN s.r.o. zabývající se vzděláváním a poradenstvím. Společnost má zkušenosti s realizací projektů pro osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to provide a comprehensive concept of activities that will contribute to strengthening the work and social integration of CS. The main activity of the project is to provide a foreign internship in Ireland. The project emphasises motivation of CS, individual approach, gaining self-confidence through realisation of foreign internship and CS assistance to the labour market. The project is implemented by Hertin s.r.o. engaged in education and consultancy. The company has experience in implementing projects for people at risk of social exclusion. (English)
