Property / summary

The investment covered by this project consists of the purchase and installation of a roof photovoltaic power plant of 39.760 kW and the purchase and assembly of a heat pump with a heating output of 22.9 kW (electric power of 4.93 kW) at the link 43 on plot No 251/1. The project is part of the project type referred to in SzOOP ROP WM 2014-2020 for measure 4.1 — solar and earth installations (e.g. solar collectors, photovoltaics, heat pumps) — up to 2 MWe/MWth. The installation of PV according to the option described in SzooP will serve the needs of its own company and be connected to the grid, but due to the power of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Act (Journal of Laws 2015, item (478) and Article 7 (1) 8d with 4-9 Act — Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997/54, item) (348) it will be made on the basis of the notification without the beneficiary having to have a valid technical connection for all the energy sources included in the project for electricity generation. The project fulfils all the conditions laid down in the SzocOP ROP WiM 2014-2020. This project involves the supply and installation of solar photovoltaic installations using polycrystalline technology for the production of electricity. The investment consists of the installation of a total of 142 solar panels having a power of 39.76 kW. Solar panels are using solar radiation to convert solar radiation into electricity. By cable, they transmit energy to inverters where there is a change in direct current into alternating current. The project also includes the installation of a heat pump with a power of 22.9 kW. A heat pump is a device which makes use of the basic physical rights, forces heat flows from an area with a lower temperature to the place where this temperature is higher. (English)

5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015 poz. 478) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. Dz.U. 1997 nr 54 poz. 348) będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez beneficjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. Niniejszy projekt zakłada dostawę i montaż dachowych instalacji fotowoltaicznych z wykorzystaniem technologii polikrystalicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej. (Polish)
