Projekt Rozvoj odborného vzdělávání ve společnosti SMO a.s. je zaměřen na zvyšování a rozvoj dovedností vybraných zaměstnanců. Všechny vzdělávací aktivity v rámci projektu vedou ke zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků. Do projektu je zapojeno celkem 96 zaměstnanců, kteří budou školeni externími dodavateli i zkušenými interními lektory. (Czech)

The Development of Vocational Training in SMO a.s. is focused on increasing and developing skills of selected employees. All educational activities within the project lead to an increase in the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of workers. A total of 96 employees are involved in the project, who will be trained by external suppliers and experienced internal tutors. (English)
