Obsahem projektu je zpracování Regulačního plánu Městské památkové rezervace Nový Jičín (dále RP MPR) v souladu s požadavky obecně závazných předpisů a technických norem. RP MPR bude sloužit jako nástroj zachování a zvyšování kvality prostředí městské památkové rezervace Nový Jičín - živého centra města s prolínáním funkcí pro bydlení, obchod, služby, turistiku, kulturu a setkávání lidí, v souladu s cíli a úkoly územního plánování. The project contains the preparation of the Regulatory Plan of the Nový Jičín Municipal Monument Reserve (hereinafter the MPR) in accordance with the requirements of generally binding regulations and technical standards. The MPR will serve as a tool for preserving and improving the quality of the Nový Jičín urban conservation area – a lively city centre with interconnection of functions for housing, business, services, tourism, culture and meeting of people, in accordance with the objectives and tasks of spatial planning.
