Właściwa absorpcja środków z funduszy strukturalnych jest związana z realizacją przedsięwzięć zorientowanych na sprawne funkcjonowanie systemu zarządzania. Priorytetem w tym obszarze jest zapewnienie odpowiedniego potencjału administracyjnego jednostek biorących udział w procesie absorpcji środków strukturalnych. Przedsięwzięcia zaplanowane do realizacji w ramach działania będą przede wszystkim prowadzić do wzmocnienia odpowiednich kadr, uczestniczących w procesie zarządzania i wdrażania Programu, jak również będą związane z wyposażeniem stanowisk pracy i podnoszeniem kwalifikacji osób zaangażowanych we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020 (Polish)
