Cílem projektu je začlenění 150 osob se zdravotním postižením (včetně osob zdravotním postižením ohrožených) evidovaných jako uchazeči nebo zájemci o zaměstnání v Karlovarském kraji na trh práce a to podpořením aktivizace cílové skupiny formou individuálního přístupu na vysoké odborné úrovni s důrazem na jejich individuální potřeby a odlišnosti. Nabídkou komplexního balíčku na sebe navazujících aktivit bude diagnostikován a efektivně využit pracovní potenciál cílové skupiny. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to integrate 150 people with disabilities (including disabled people at risk) registered as applicants or job seekers in the Karlovy Vary Region into the labour market by supporting the activation of the target group through an individual approach at a high professional level with an emphasis on their individual needs and differences. Offering a comprehensive package of follow-up activities will be diagnosed and efficiently utilised the working potential of the target group. (English)
