Předmětem projektu je vybudování špičkového centra sdílených služeb, jehož cílem je převzetí odpovědnosti za řízení, provoz a administraci vybraných vnitropodnikových funkcí v oblasti ICT. Jedním z cílů projektu je snížení nákladovosti procesů a zvyšování efektivity činností v podnicích, především v oblasti správy a provozu IT infrastruktury včetně informačních systémů. The aim of the project is to build a top-notch shared services centre with the aim of assuming responsibility for management, operation and administration of selected internal functions in the field of ICT. One of the objectives of the project is to reduce the cost-effectiveness of processes and increase the efficiency of activities in enterprises, especially in the field of administration and operation of IT infrastructure, including information systems.
