    Projekta mērķis ir sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu infrastruktūras izveide un attīstība Alūksnes novadā.Projekta ietvaros galvenās plānotās darbības mērķa sasniegšanai:1. Daudzfunkcionālā sociālo pakalpojumu centra izveide Uzvaras ielā 1, Alūksnē.2. Grupu dzīvokļu izveide moduļu mājā, kura tiks būvēta Kārklu ielā 5, Alūksnē.Īstenojot projektu, tiks izveidoti grupu dzīvokļi pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, dienas aprūpes centrs bērniem ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem, sociālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumu centrs bērniem ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem, dienas aprūpes centrs personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, specializētās darbnīcas personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem.Plānotais projekta īstenošanas ilgums: 01.01.2020.-31.12.2021.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 1 307 036,18 EUR, t.sk. Eiropas Reģionālā attīstības fonda finansējums 666 145,32 EUR, Valsts budžeta dotācija 32 155,47 EUR, Valsts budžets 89 845,84 EUR, Alūksnes novada pašvaldības līdzfinansējums 518 889,55 EUR, t.sk. neattiecināmās izmaksas. Daudzfunkcionālā sociālo pakalpojumu centra izveidei tiek izstrādāts būvprojekts "Ēkas pārbūve sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu nodrošināšanai", tā izmaksas tiek segtas no projekta iesniedzēja līdzekļiem un netiks iekļautas šī projekta 3.pielikumā "Projekta budžeta kopsavilkums".     The aim of the project is to create and develop community-based social services infrastructure in Alūksne County.Within the project the main planned activities for reaching the goal:1. Creation of multifunctional social service centre at Uzvaras street 1, Alūksne.2. Development of group apartments in modular house, which will be built at 5 Kārklu Street, Alūksne.Implementation of the project, group apartments for adult persons with mental disabilities, day care centre for children with functional disorders, social rehabilitation service centre for children with functional disorders, day care centre for persons with mental disabilities, specialised workshops for persons with mental disabilities. 01.01.2020.-31.12.2021.The total cost of the project is EUR 1307036,18, incl. European Regional Development Fund funding EUR 666145,32, State budget grant EUR 32155,47, State budget EUR 89845,84, co-financing of Aluksne municipality EUR 518889,55, including ineligible costs. For the establishment of multifunctional social service centre a construction project “Reconstruction of a building for the provision of community-based social services” is being developed, its costs are covered from the project submitter’s funds and will not be included in Annex 3 of this project “Project Budget Summary”. Appartements de groupe pour adultes atteints de troubles mentaux, garderies pour enfants souffrant de troubles fonctionnels, centre de services de réadaptation sociale pour enfants souffrant de troubles fonctionnels, garderie pour personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux, garderie pour personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux, garderie pour personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux. 01.01.2020-31.12.2021.Le coût total du projet s’élève à 1 307 036,18 EUR, dont: Financement du Fonds européen de développement régional 666 145,32 EUR, subvention du budget de l’État 32 155,47 EUR, budget de l’État 89 845,84 EUR, cofinancement par la municipalité d’Alūksne de 518 889,55 EUR, y compris les coûts inéligibles. Le projet de construction «Reconstruction d’un bâtiment pour la prestation de services sociaux communautaires» est en cours d’élaboration en vue de la création d’un centre de services sociaux multifonctionnel, dont les coûts sont couverts par les ressources du demandeur du projet et ne seront pas inclus dans l’annexe 3 «Résumé du budget du projet» de ce projet. Das Bauprojekt „Rekonstruktion eines Gebäudes für die Erbringung von sozialen Dienstleistungen auf kommunaler Ebene“ wird zur Einrichtung eines multifunktionalen Sozialdienstzentrums entwickelt, dessen Kosten aus den Mitteln des Projektantragstellers gedeckt werden und nicht in Anhang 3 „Zusammenfassung des Projektbudgets“ zu diesem Projekt aufgenommen werden.
