Cieľom Mesta Stará Ľubovňa je zvýšenie rozsahu a dostupnosti poskytovaných sociálnych služieb výstavbou nového zariadenia sociálnych služieb s dôrazom na rešpektovanie individuálnych potrieb klientov. Prostredníctvom realizácie hlavnej aktivity projektu - Výstavba zariadenia sociálnych služieb v meste Stará Ľubovňa vybudujeme nízkokapacitné zariadenie pre seniorov s celoročnou pobytovou formou poskytovanej sociálnej služby, zriadime denné centrum s poskytovaním sociálneho poradenstva a zabezpečovaním záujmovej činnosti a vybudujeme jedáleň pre osobný odber obedov a obedárov vrátane zabezpečenia rozvozu stravy k dverám klientov. Výsledkom realizácie projektu bude poskytovanie služieb na komunitnej úrovni, t. j. v prirodzenom spoločenstve organizačne a kultúrne čo najviac podobnom bežnej rodine a v konečnom dôsledku zabezpečenie komplexnosti poskytovaných služieb vo verejnom záujme na území mesta Stará Ľubovňa. Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu dosiahneme naplnenie stanovených merateľných ukazovateľov: Kapacita podporených zariadení sociálnych služieb – 12 miest v sociálnych službách, Podlahová plocha nových verejných budov – 919,09 m2 vrátane merateľných ukazovateľov na úrovni cieľovej hodnoty 1 - Počet zariadení sociálnych služieb na komunitnej úrovni, ktoré vzniknú vďaka podpore a Počet nových verejných budov. The aim of Stará Ľubovňa is to increase the scope and availability of social services provided by the construction of a new social service facility with an emphasis on respect for individual needs of clients. Through the implementation of the main activity of the project – Construction of a social services facility in Stará Ľubovňa, we will build a low-capacity facility for seniors with a year-round stay in the form of a social service provided, we will set up a daily center with the provision of social counselling and provision of interest activities, and we will build a dining room for personal lunches and lunchers, including the provision of food delivery to the clients’ door. The result of the implementation of the project will be the provision of services at community level, i.e. in the natural community organizationally and culturally as close as possible to the ordinary family and ultimately ensuring the complexity of the services provided in the public interest in the territory of Stará Ľubovňa. By implementing the main activity of the project, we will achieve the fulfilment of established measurable indicators: Capacity of supported social services facilities – 12 places in social services, Floor area of new public buildings – 919.09 m² including measurable indicators at target level 1 – Number of social services facilities at community level arising from the support and Number of new public buildings.
