Cieľom projektu je predchádzanie a eliminácia všetkých foriem diskriminácie v zmysle zák. č. 365/2004 "Antidiskriminačný zákon", ďalej obmedzenie sociálneho vylúčenia a chudoby osôb z cieľovej skupiny projektu a zvýšenie povedomia o právach osôb so zdravotným postihnutím a seniorov a o ich prínose pre spoločnosť a to prostredníctvom zriadenia a prevádzkovania služby sociálneho poradenstva. Cieľ projektu je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom OP ĽZ 4.1.2 a tiež prioritnej osi 4.1, pretože prispieva k aktívnemu začleneniu a podporuje rovnosť príležitostí osôb z cieľovej skupiny. Cieľovou skupinou projektu, ktorej bude poskytované sociálne poradenstvo sú: jednotlivci alebo skupiny ohrozené diskrimináciou, chudobou alebo sociálnym vylúčením.Cieľ projektu bude napĺňaný prostredníctvom realizácie hlavnej aktivity projektu - Podpora inštitucionálneho rozvoja špecializovaných poradenských služieb slúžiacich na boj proti všetkým formám diskriminácie, vrátane právneho poradenstva v oblasti diskriminácie na trhu práce. Aktivita bude realizovaná v sídle žiadateľa, prístupnom širokej verejnosti v okresnom meste Čadca. Poradenstvo bude poskytované inštitucionálnou formou klientom zo Žilinského kraja a to najmä z okresov Čadca a Kysucké Nové Mesto, bezplatne, v prípade potreby bude poskytované aj v teréne a prostredníctvom telekomunikačných technológií kvalifikovanými odbornými zamestnancami v pracovno-právnom pomere voči žiadateľovi. V rámci realizácie a implementácie projektu budú sledované dva merateľné ukazovatele:1. P0551 - Počet zamestnávateľov/inštitúcií, ktoré po ukončení projektu poskytujú vzdelávanie/poradenstvo alebo realizujú opatrenia v oblasti prevencie a eliminácie diskriminácie s celkovou cieľovou hodnotou 12. P0440 - Počet účastníkov ohrozených diskrimináciou zapojených do vzdelávania alebo využívajúcich poradenstvo v oblasti prevencie a eliminácie diskriminácie s celkovou cieľovou hodnotou 300 (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination within the meaning of Act No 365/2004 “Anti-Discrimination Act”, to reduce social exclusion and poverty among the target group of the project and to raise awareness of the rights of persons with disabilities and the elderly and their contribution to society through the establishment and operation of a social counselling service. The objective of the project is in line with the specific objective of OP HR 4.1.2 as well as Priority Axis 4.1, as it contributes to active inclusion and promotes equal opportunities for people from the target group. The target group of the project, which will be provided with social advice, are: individuals or groups at risk of discrimination, poverty or social exclusion.The aim of the project will be pursued through the implementation of the main activity of the project – Supporting the institutional development of specialised advisory services to combat all forms of discrimination, including legal advice on discrimination in the labour market. The activity will be carried out at the applicant’s headquarters, accessible to the general public in the district town of Čadca. Consultancy will be provided in institutional form to clients from the Žilina Region, especially from the districts of Čadca and Kysucké Nové Mesto, free of charge, if necessary also provided in the field and through telecommunications technologies by qualified professional employees in employment relationship with the applicant. Two measurable indicators will be monitored in the implementation and implementation of the project:1. P0551 – Number of employers/institutions providing education/advice or implementing measures to prevent and eliminate discrimination after the end of the project with an overall target of 12. P0440 – Number of participants at risk of discrimination involved in education or benefiting from advice on prevention and elimination of discrimination with a total target of 300 (English)
