Predkladaný projekt predstavuje 1. etapu celkového zámeru, ktorého cieľom je zabezpečiť vhodné priestorové podmienky pre transformáciu sociálnych služieb poskytovaných vo veľkokapacitnom celoročnom pobytovom zariadení - Domove sociálnych služieb Adamovské Kochanovce z inštitucionálnej formy na komunitnú. Zámerom projektu je umožniť klientom zariadenia žiť plnohodnotný dôstojný a nezávislý život v prirodzenom sociálnom prostredí komunity, zabezpečiť im súkromie, možnosti sebarealizácie, pracovnej a sociálnej integrácie podľa ich vlastného výberu, možností a schopností. Za týmto účelom budú v rámci projektu v 4 lokalitách okresu Trenčín vybudované komunitné zariadenia rodinného typu - rodinné domy s dvoma samostatnými bytovými jednotkami, s kapacitou maximálne 6 klientov v jednej domácnosti. V rámci projektu bude vybudované bývanie pre 48 prijímateľov pobytovej sociálnej služby. Zároveň projekt zabezpečí priestory pre poskytovanie novej ambulantnej služby v komunite pre 30 prijímateľov. The present project represents the 1st stage of the overall project, the aim of which is to provide suitable space conditions for the transformation of social services provided in a large-scale all-year-round residential facility – the House of Social Services Adamovské Kochanovce from the institutional form to the community. The aim of the project is to enable clients of the facility to live a full-fledged and independent life in the natural social environment of the community, to ensure their privacy, self-realisation, working and social integration according to their choice, possibilities and abilities. For this purpose, community facilities of family type – family houses with two separate housing units, with a capacity of up to 6 clients in one household, will be built within the project in 4 locations of Trenčín district. The project will build housing for 48 recipients of the residential social service. At the same time, the project will provide space for the provision of a new outpatient service in the community for 30 beneficiaries. (English)
