Namen investicije je vzpostavitev oz. ureditev Mestnega kolesarskega omrežja - zahod in s tem povezati obstoječe in nove odseke kolesarskih povezav v zvezen sistem povezav.Cilj operacije je vzpostaviti neprekinjeno mestno kolesarsko omrežje, ki bo pomenilo učinkovito spremljanje, izvajanje in upravljanje trajnostne mobilnosti na ravni lokalne skupnosti in navezave na regijsko omrežje.Glavne komponente operacije so:- gradnja in prometna ureditev 7 kolesarskih povezav v omrežje (Z del mesta), kjer se bosta zgradili dve brvi in en nov podhod pod železniško progo,- gradnja 3 pokritih in 1 nepokritega parkirišča za kolesa s stojali za kolesa in- izgradnja nove Bicy postaje. The purpose of the investment is to establish or arrange the City Cycling Network — West and thus connect existing and new sections of cycling connections into an integrated system of connections. The objective of the operation is to establish a continuous urban cycling network, which will mean effective monitoring, implementation and management of sustainable mobility at local community level and connection to the regional network.The main components of the operation are:- construction and transport arrangement of 7 cycling connections into the network (from the part of the city), where two footbridges and one new subway under the railway line will be built,- construction of 3 covered and 1 uncovered bicycle parking with bicycle stands and- construction of a new Bicy station.
