Projekt sa bude realizovať v obci Cabaj - Čápor, ktorá sa nachádza v Nitrianskom samosprávnom kraji.Cieľom projektu je Zavedenie výroby inovatívneho produktu – Biouhlia. V jednoduchosti ide o spracovanie vstupnej suroviny - organickej hmoty pomocou tepelnej degradácie v pyrolytickej jednotke spĺňajúcej všetky environmentálne štandardy, za súčasnej produkcie inovatívneho produktu – Biouhlia. Biouhlie je produkt tepelnej degradácie oraganickej hmoty procesom pyrolýzy, kde základnou zložkou je chemicky stabilný uhlík, ktorý nepodlieha ďalšiemu rozkladu ani oxidácií, teda nedostáva sa CO2 spaľovaním do atmosféry, ale uhlík zostáva v biouhlí.V rámci projektu chceme naplniť nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele:Počet produktov, ktoré sú pre firmu nové na hodnotu 1.Počet produktov, ktoré sú pre trh nové na hodnotu 1.Nárast zamestnanosti v podporovaných podnikoch na hodnotu 3. The project will be implemented in the village Cabaj – Čápor, which is located in Nitra self-governing region. The aim of the project is the introduction of production of innovative product – biouhlia. It is simple to process the raw material – organic matter using thermal degradation in a pyrolytic unit meeting all environmental standards, while producing an innovative product – biochar. Biochar is the product of thermal degradation of oraganic matter by pyrolysis process, where the basic component is chemically stable carbon, which is not subject to further decomposition or oxidation, so it does not get CO2 by combustion into the atmosphere, but carbon remains in bio-carbon. As part of the project, we want to fill the following measurable ukazovatele:Počet products that are new for the company to 1.Number of products that are new to the market value 1.Increase in employment in supported enterprises to value 3.
