Materská škola Nová Bystrica má momentálnu kapacitu 57 detí. V triede (1.06) je nedostatok miesta na rozloženie lehátok pre deti na spanie. V dopoludňajších hodinách je táto miestnosť zároveň využívaná ako trieda pre 3 -5 ročné deti.V obci fungujú dve materské školy spojené so základnými školami: ZŠ s MŠ Nová Bystrica a ZŠ s MŠ Nová Bystrica–Vychylovka.Riešený objekt – Materská škola sa nachádza v obci Nová Bystrica, vedľa štátnej cesty v školskom areály. Škôl ka je umiestnená v školskom pavilóne na prízemí, prvé a druhé poschodie slúži ako učebne základnej školy. Objekt je priamo prístupný z komunikácie v areále školy. Celé prízemie sa využíva ako škôlka. Sú tu umiestnené tri triedy, 2 x WC, 2 x umyváreň, jedáleň, prezúvareň a spoločná chodba. Prvé a druhé poschodie ostáva bez zmeny (základná škola). Projekt rieši úpravy a rozšírenie – prístavbu materskej školy, ktorá je umiestnená na prízemí objektu.V rámci úprav a rozšírenia škôlky sa na voľnej zatrávnenej ploche pred objektom v areál y základnej školy vybuduje detské ihrisko, ktoré bude slúžiť iba pre potreby škôlky. Objekt sa bude riešiť ako bezbariérový.Realizáciou projektu sa tiež rieši úprava vonkajšieho areálu, detského ihriska a obstaranie potrebného materiálno-technického vybavenia. (Slovak)

Schools are located in the school pavilion on the ground floor, the first and second floors serve as classrooms of elementary school. The object is directly accessible from the communication in the campus of the school. The whole ground floor is used as a nursery. There are three classes, 2 x WC, 2 x washroom, dining room, changing room and a shared hallway. The first and second floors remain unchanged (primary school). The project solves modifications and extensions – extension of the kindergarten, which is located on the ground floor of the building.As part of the modifications and extension of the nursery, the free grassland in front of the object in the area y elementary school will build a playground, which will serve only for the needs of the kindergarten. The building will be solved as barrier-free.The implementation of the project also addresses the modification of the outdoor area, children’s playground and the acquisition of the necessary material and technical equipment.
