Le Relais AVS traiteur, entreprise adaptée située à Molsheim, existe depuis 2007 et est spécialisée dans l'organisation de réceptions. Nous employons à ce jour une vingtaine de salariés, majoritairement en situation de handicap, dans les métiers de bouche cuisine, restauration. Pour répondre à une demande croissante, à de nouveaux marchés, aux normes d'hygiène, nous sommes amenés à investir dans des matériels de cuisine supplémentaires, des aménagements de nos locaux, une nouvelle carte produits, et sollicitons le soutien du FEDER. The Relais AVS caterer, adapted company located in Molsheim, has existed since 2007 and specialises in organising receptions. To date, we employ about 20 employees, mostly with disabilities, in the food and catering trades. In order to meet growing demand, new markets, hygiene standards, we have to invest in additional kitchen equipment, improvements in our premises, a new product map, and call for support from the ERDF.
