La SARL « L’Industriel des Antilles » ou IDEA (dont le nom commercial est AFAB), basée au Quartier Dessaint au Gros-Morne, est créée depuis 17 ans. Elle est spécialisée dans le ferraillage et le montage des armatures béton en Martinique. Les produits développés sont des armatures métalliques, du ferraillage, des semelles, des attentes, des longrines, des poteaux, des poutres, des réalisations standards, sur plan et sur mesure. Son équipe est constituée de 23 personnes. L’organisation choisie est la suivante : - Un atelier constitué de façonneurs machinistes, de soudeurs par points qualifiés et de manœuvres (constitué d’un espace façonnage et d’un espace de montage des armatures) - Un service administratif et comptable, - Un service commercial. Par rapport au succès commercial et au développement de nouveaux marchés, le volume des productions a augmenté. Face à cette évolution, une réorganisation des procédures de travail et la modernisation des outils et des installations de la société s’avèrent nécessaires. A cet effet, la société a prévu d’améliorer ses installations et son outil industriel facilitant ainsi le travail des opérateurs tout en préservant leur sécurité. Ce programme portera également sur l’amélioration du management de la société et son organisation par l’achat de nouveaux logiciels de gestion permettant donc la mise en place de procédures nouvelles.
