L'habitation Bisdary constitue un riche témoignage du passé colonial de l'île de la Guadeloupe. Sa réhabilitation du fait de son importance patrimoniale, est nécessaire pour conserver la compréhension de l'évolution du site. De plus, la conservation de l'habitation est d'une utilité primordiale pour l'appropriation de l'histoire coloniale par la population locale. Au delà de l'intérêt historique et patrimonial, conserver et valoriser l'habitation Bisdary participe au projet global d'aménagement et de développement du territoire du Sud Basse-Terre. (French)
