Les personnes détenues constituent un public particulièrement éloigné de l'emploi, souvent sans qualification et rencontrant des difficultés importantes lors de leur sortie de détention en matière de retour à l'emploi et donc, d'insertion sociale et professionnelle. L'objectif de l'action de formation est de leur permettre d'acquérir et développer des compétences techniques et des savoir être transférables ainsi qu'un projet professionnel et une orientation en vue de faciliter leur retour à l'emploi, voire leur embauche en entreprise ou SIAE pour poursuivre leur parcours d'insertion. L’activité support utilisée est la réparation de vélos usagés collectés par Emmaüs Mundolsheim auprès de particuliers. (French)

Detained persons constitute a particularly remote public from employment, often without qualifications and who face significant difficulties when they leave detention in terms of return to employment and thus social and occupational integration. The aim of the training action is to enable them to acquire and develop technical skills and know-how to be transferable, as well as a professional project and guidance with a view to facilitating their return to employment or even their hiring in a company or SIAE in order to continue their integration path. The support activity used is the repair of used bicycles collected by Emmaus Mundolsheim from private individuals. (English)
