Ferrandi Paris, école française de gastronomie, fait partie des écoles de la CCI Paris Île-de-France. Le projet vise à créer un nouveau programme "Hospitality management" pour préparer les étudiants aux différentes fonctions du secteur de l’hôtellerie et de la restauration et également à la création ou reprise d'entreprise. Cette voie de formation offre des garanties solides d’insertion professionnelle et sociale. Il s'agit de créer 2 bachelors dont l'un a une majeure en entrepreneuriat la dernière année et l'autre spécialement dédié à l'entrepreneuriat pendant 3 ans. (French)

Ferrandi Paris, a French gastronomy school, is part of the CCI Paris Île-de-France schools. The project aims to create a new “Hospitality management” programme to prepare students for the various functions of the hospitality and catering sector and also for the creation or takeover of a business.
