Cette opération de la Mission Emploi Insertion Melun Val-de-Seine a pour objectif, à travers deux actions, de répondre aux besoins et attentes du territoire en termes d'emploi, et ce à plusieurs niveaux : • Développer la synergie entre les acteurs du territoire sur les sujets liés à la sécurisation des parcours professionnels et de l'anticipation des mutations économiques, afin de renforcer les démarches en réseau et de promouvoir le dialogue social entre les différents partenaires, • Soutenir les secteurs en développement et leur intégration dans une démarches de GPECT, • Renforcer les coopérations existantes avec les structures déjà adhérentes à la démarche Dynami'Act et rechercher de nouveaux partenariats. Deux actions composent le projet et se déroulent en parallèle sur l'année : Action 1 - L'animation, la coordination et l'accompagnement des actions de GPTEC Action 2 - Animer, fédérer et créer pour grandir et se développer ensemble La première a pour objectif, sur le territoire Melun Val-de-Seine, d'animer et coordonner une Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences (GPEC), de développer des actions sur la filière aéronautique, de participer à la mise en place pour les TPE de la Plateforme de service Ressources Humaines aux entreprises, d'apporter des services en direction des salariés (et plus particulièrement ceux des TPE) dans une démarche de sécurisation des parcours professionnels et de promouvoir les métiers du territoire ou proposer des thématiques d'intervention auprès des salariés. La seconde a pour objectif de réunir, autour d'une démarche partagée, des acteurs de l'insertion, de l'emploi et de la formation afin de créer des actions et des outils permettant de renforcer l'accès à l'emploi et à l'alternance des publics reçus. En partenariat avec Pôle emploi, cette démarche entamée il y a presque quatre ans est nommée Dynami'Act. Elle permet de clarifier les missions et rôles de chacun et ainsi éviter de multiplier les actions semblables en privilégiant un travail commun. En terme de résultats, la première action devra rendre compte : d'une participations aux comités techniques et de pilotage, de la mise en place d'une permanence FONGECIF et FAF TT, d'une participation au salon des salariés (mise en réseau et présentation d'outils) et de l'envoi de newsletters Activ emploi. La seconde prévoit l'organisation de 24 temps forts (12 par an) dans le cadre de l'animation du réseau Dynami'Act (chaque année une conférence thématique, quatre temps "présentons nos actions", un séminaire bilan...), d'opérer les mises à jour nécessaires des sites Internet (Dynami'Act et ID'Ale) et de l'application Smartphone et de réaliser 60 temps (30 par an) de présentation des outils NTIC aux partenaires (création d'une mise en réseau autour d'un outil commun). Les publics ciblés sont les acteurs de l'emploi, de la formation et de l'insertion professionnelle et à travers eux les TPE-PME de moins de 250 salariés. (French)

This operation of the Mission Emploi Insertion Melun Val-de-Seine aims, through two actions, to meet the needs and expectations of the territory in terms of employment, at several levels: • Develop synergy between local stakeholders on issues related to securing career paths and anticipating economic change, in order to strengthen networking and promote social dialogue between the various partners, • Support developing sectors and their integration into an EGECT approach, • Strengthen existing cooperation with the structures already participating in the Dynami’Act approach and seek new partnerships. Two actions make up the project and take place in parallel over the year: Action 1 — Animating, coordinating and supporting the actions of GPTEC Action 2 — Facilitating, federating and creating to grow and develop together The first aims, in the Melun Val-de-Seine territory, to facilitate and coordinate a Previsional Management of Jobs and Skills (GPEC), to develop actions in the aeronautical sector, to participate in the establishment of the Human Resources Service Platform for Business, to provide services to employees (especially those of the TPEs) in order to secure career paths and to promote the professions of the territory or propose intervention themes for employees. The second aims to bring together, around a shared approach, actors in the field of integration, employment and training in order to create actions and tools to increase access to employment and alternation of the audiences received. In partnership with Pôle emploi, this process started almost four years ago is named Dynami’Act. It makes it possible to clarify each other’s missions and roles and thus avoid multiplying similar actions by giving priority to joint work. In terms of results, the first action will have to report on: participation in technical and steering committees, the setting up of a FONGECIF and FAF TT permanence, participation in the employee fair (networking and presentation of tools) and the sending of Activ emploi newsletters. The second provides for the organisation of 24 highlights (12 per year) as part of the animation of the Dynami’Act network (each year a thematic conference, four times “present our actions”, a review seminar...), to make the necessary updates of the websites (Dynami’Act and ID’Ale) and the Smartphone application and to carry out 60 times (30 per year) to present the NTIC tools to the partners (creation of a networking around a common tool). The target audiences are the actors of employment, training and vocational integration and through them SMEs-SMEs with fewer than 250 employees. (English)
