Ovaj projekt je odgovor na povećane potrebe žena, pripadnica ranjivih skupina, kako za edukacijom i stjecanjem novih znanja i vještina, tako i za prilikom za ulazak na tržište rada, a sve sa ciljem sprječavanja socijalne isključenosti i smanjenje rizika od siromaštva žena u nepovoljnom položaju, kao i povećanje razine kvalitete života krajnjih korisnika, tj.osoba starije životne dobi i osoba u nepovoljnom položaju, koji će biti korisnici usluga pomoći. Cilj projekta je osposobiti i zaposliti na period od 24 mjeseca 20 žena iz ciljane skupine, koje će skrbiti o minimalno 100 krajnjih korisnika. (Croatian)

This project responds to the increased needs of women, women in vulnerable groups, both for education and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills, and for entering into the labour market, all with the aim of preventing social exclusion and reducing the risk of poverty of women disadvantaged, as well as increasing the quality of life of end-users, i.e. elderly and disadvantaged people, who will benefit from assistance services. The aim of the project is to train and recruit 24 months of 20 women in the target group, providing a minimum of 100 final recipients. (English)
