Projektom VTC Obiteljski centar unaprijediti će se socijalna infrastruktura izgradnjom i opremanjem Obiteljskog centra, sa svrhom provođenja procesa deinstitucionalizacije, procesa transformacije i procesa prevencije institucionalizacije te razvoja mreže izvaninstitucijskih usluga i službi podrške u zajednici, kako bi se smanjio broj institucionaliziranih ranjivih skupina te omogućio njihov proces inkluzije i spriječila daljnja institucionalizacija novih korisnika na području Virovitičko-podravske županije.
