Tavoitteena on kehittää tuotannon kapasiteettia ja minimoida materiaalihukka, investoimalla uuteen teknologiaan ja järjestelmiin sekä vientitoiminnan käynnistämimnen.Toimenpiteenä uudistaa ns. manuaalisen levynpaloittelun tilalle nc-ohjattu paloittelukeskus, joka vähentää merkittävästi materiaalihukkaa ja tehostaa tuotannon toimintaa. Lisäksi uudistetaan listoitusyksikkö jossa hyödynnetään uutta tekniikkaa joka mahdollistaa huomattavasti korkeampilaatuisen tuotteen. Samassa yhteydessä integroidaan olemassa oleva suunnitteluohjelma osaksi uutta tuotanto- ja varastonhallinta ohjelmaa,joka tulee tehostamaan merkittävästi tuotannon, hankinnan ja suunnittelun yhteistyötä sekä vähentää materiaali- ja energiahukkaa. The aim is to develop production capacity and minimise material loss, by investing in new technology and systems and by launching export operations. As a measure, to replace the so-called manual disc burning, the nc-controlled cutting centre will significantly reduce the loss of material and improve the efficiency of production. In addition, the listing unit will be renewed using new technology that allows for a much higher quality product. In this context, the existing planning programme will be integrated into a new production and inventory management programme, which will significantly enhance cooperation between production, procurement and design and reduce material and energy losses.
