Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in stimularea angajatorilor in direcția dezvoltării competentelor angajaților lor, in vederea sporirii capacitații de inserție profesionala si a adaptabilității acestora la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potențial competitiv, adaptării IMMurilor si antreprenorilor din domeniile „Industrii Creative” si „Tehnologia Informațiilor si Comunicațiilor” precum si din alte sectoare economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC la dinamica economica. Proiectul isi propune sa raspunda presiunilor crescute de competitivitate ale unui mediu economic national si regional in schimbare, prin dezvoltarea competentelor care vor raspunde nevoilor de crestere ale sectoarelor potential competitive, pentru a spori valoarea adaugata sau a sustine activitatea pe termen mediu printr-o imbunatatire a competitivitatii prin inovare si dezvoltarea pietei. Astfel, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului tematic nr. 8 al POCU „Promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile si de calitate a fortei de munca si sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca” si a Prioritatii de investitii 8.v “Adaptarea lucratorilor, intreprinderilor si antreprenorilor la schimbare”. Proiectul sustine cresterea participarii la formarea pe tot parcursul vietii, imbunatatirea calitatii fortei de munca, dezvoltarea unor parteneriate intre invatamantul superior, intreprinderi si sectorul de cercetare, o mai buna corelare a educatiei cu cerintele pietei muncii, incurajarea creativitatii si a antreprenoriatului, precum si a unei economii bazate pe eficienta resurselor. Obiectivul general al proiectului / scopul proiectului contribuie la OS 3.8. POCU – Creșterea numărului de angajați care beneficiază de instrumente, metode, practici etc. standard de management al resurselor umane si de condiții de lucru îmbunătățite in vederea adaptării activității la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC / domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI – prin organizarea de cursuri de formare in beneficiul antreprenorilor, managerilor, specialiștilor din resurse umane din domeniile „Industrii Creative” si „Tehnologia Informațiilor si Comunicațiilor” precum si din alte sectoare economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC si introducerea de metode si instrumente noi de management in IMM-uri din domeniile „Industrii Creative” si „Tehnologia Informațiilor si Comunicațiilor” precum si din alte sectoare economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC din 3 regiuni de dezvoltare: NV, V, C. Obiectivul general al proiectului corespunde viziunii Strategiei Nationale pentru Competitivitate 2014 - 2020, si anume “Dezvoltarea unui ecosistem competitiv de afaceri, bazat pe un mediu de reglementare stabil, centrat pe antreprenoriat, inovare și creativitate, care să pună accent pe încredere, eficienţă și excelenţă și să plaseze România în primele 10 economii la nivel european”, precum si celor 3 obiective (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to stimulate employers to develop the skills of their employees, in order to increase their employability and adaptability to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential, to adapt SMEs and entrepreneurs in the fields of “Creative Industry” and “Information and Communications Technology” as well as from other economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC to economic dynamics. The project aims to respond to the increased competitiveness pressures of a changing national and regional economic environment, by developing the skills that will meet the growth needs of potentially competitive sectors, in order to increase the added value or support the medium-term activity by improving competitiveness through innovation and market development. Thus, the project contributes to the achievement of thematic objective no. 8 of POCU “Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility” and investment priority 8.v “Adapting workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change”. The project supports increasing participation in lifelong training, improving the quality of the workforce, developing partnerships between higher education, enterprises and the research sector, better matching education with labour market requirements, encouraging creativity and entrepreneurship, as well as an economy based on resource efficiency. The general objective of the project/project purpose contributes to OS 3.8. POCU – Increasing the number of employees benefiting from standard tools, methods, practices etc. of human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS/Intelligent Specialisation domains according to SNCDI – by organising training courses for the benefit of entrepreneurs, managers, human resources specialists in the fields of “Creative Industries” and “Information and Communications Technology” as well as from other economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCS and the introduction of new management methods and tools in SMEs in the fields “Creative Industries” and “Information and Communications Technology” as well as in other economic sectors with potential 3 potential development, as well as the introduction of new management methods and tools in SMEs from the “Creative Industries” and “Information and Communications Technology” fields, as well as from other economic sectors with potential 3 potential development, as well as the introduction of new management methods and tools in SMEs in the fields of “Creative Industries” and “Information and Communications Technology” as well as in other sectors with competitive development, as well as NV, V, C. The overall objective of the project corresponds to the vision of the National Strategy for Competitiveness 2014-2020, namely “Developing a competitive business ecosystem, based on a stable regulatory environment, focused on entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, focusing on trust, efficiency and excellence and placing Romania in the top 10 economies at European level”, as well as the 3 objectives (English)
