Projekt võimaldab oluliselt parandada koolieelse alushariduse kättesaadavust Suure-Jaani vallas. Projekti elluviimiseks rajab vallavalitsus kahes munitsipaallasteaias uued rühmaruumid ning sisustab need, luues kokku 28 uut lasteaiakohta. Projektiperioodi jooksul kaetakse 3 aasta vältel suur osa uute lasteaiakohtade personalikuludest toetuse abil. Kokku võetakse loodava kahe uue rühma jaoks, millest üks on sõimerühm, tööle 2 uut lasteaiaõpetajat ja 4 õpetaja abi vallale kuuluvates lasteaedades. Uute lasteaiakohtade loomine võimaldab oluliselt parandada lasteaiateenuse kättesaadavust Suure-Jaani vallas ning pakkuda edaspidi kvaliteetset ja konkurentsivõimelist alusharidust tänapäevastele nõuetele vastavates tingimustes peaaegu kõigile soovijaile. Projekti elluviimisel õnnestub oluliselt suurendada lapsevanemate võimalust osaleda tööturul, sest toetusega loodud uute lasteaiakohtade täitumisel avaneb vanematel võimalus tööle naasta. Projekt avaldab olulist positiivset mõju ka niisugustele peredele, kes praegu on sunnitud viima last kaugemale mõne teise omavalitsuse lasteaeda, kuna oma vallas lasteaiakohti ei jätku. (Estonian)

The project will make it possible to significantly improve the availability of pre-primary pre-school education in the Greater Jordanian area. In order to implement the project, the municipality government will establish and furnish new group rooms in two municipal kindergartens, creating a total of 28 new kindergarten places. During the project period, a large part of the staff costs for new kindergarten places will be covered by a grant over a period of 3 years. A total of 2 new kindergarten teachers and 4 teachers in the municipal kindergarten will be recruited for the two new groups to be set up, one of which is a crèche group. The creation of new kindergarten places will make it possible to significantly improve the availability of kindergarten services in the area of Suur-Jaani and to provide high-quality and competitive early childhood education in the future to almost all those who wish in accordance with modern requirements. The project will lead to a significant increase in parents’ chances of participating in the labour market, as the new kindergarten places created with the support will give parents the opportunity to return to work. The project will also have a significant positive impact on families who are currently forced to take the child further to the kindergarten of another municipality due to the lack of nursery places in their field.
