Ettevõtluskeskkonna arengu kavandamise esimese etapis viiakse läbi ettevõtluse analüüs ja ühisarutelud, mille alusel seatakse ettevõtluse arendamise eesmärgid ning koostatakse tegevusplaan. The conjoining Haanja, Misso, Some, Rõuge and Varstu parishes attach critical importance to increasing the diversity and competitiveness of the region’s economy, based on internal resources, openness, cooperation and innovation. The communal municipality must lead to a break in rural businesses along the border. In the first phase of planning the development of the business environment, business analysis and joint discussions will be carried out, on the basis of which business development objectives and action plans will be drawn up.
