The goal of the Viimsi Gymnasium development project, which will be opened in autumn 2018, is to create a curriculum that supports the individual and social development, learning skills, creativity and entrepreneurship of each learner with a focus on the development of the mentoring system. To achieve this goal, a 4-day training programme for the entire team will take place, consisting of three parts: a learning approach to support the learner, learning organisation supporting the learner and self-management, motivation and coaching mentoring system.
