Projekta ietvaros plānots veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu Latvijas Lauksaimniecības universitātes 6.dienesta viesnīcā Pētera ielā 1, Jelgavā.Projektā paredzēts īstenot šādas darbības:- ārsienu siltināšana;- logu un durvju nomaiņa;- bēniņu pārseguma siltināšana, jumta konstrukcijas remonts un zibens aizsardzības sistēmas izbūve; - apkures sistēmas un siltummezgla atjaunošana;- ārējā gāzes vada pārvietošana;- būvdarbu būvuzraudzība un autoruzraudzība;- projekta vadība;- publicitātes pasākumi.Projekta ieviešanas laiks - 8 mēneši.Plānotās kopējās izmaksas - 85% ERAF finansējums - EUR 406 936.01un 15% valsts budžeta finansējums - EUR 71 812.24, publiskās neattiecināmās izmaksas - EUR 61 177.20.Iznākuma rādītāji:1) Primārās enerģijas gada patēriņa samazinājums sabiedriskajās ēkās 2019.gadā - 378.645 MWh;2) Aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums 2019.gadā - 69.532 CO2 ekvivalenta tonnas.Plānotie rezultāti:1) Sagatavota projekta pamatojošā dokumentācija - 3 līgumi;2) Veikti ēkas energoefektivitātes būvdarbi - 2 līgumi;3) Nodrošināti būvuzraudzības un autoruzraudzības pakalpojumi - 2 līgumi;4) Realizēti publicitātes pasākumi, uzstādīta 1 gab. informatīvā plāksne;5) Nodrošināta projekta vadība 8 mēnešus; (Latvian)
