The project concerns the construction of 55 micro-installations PV assembled on public facilities belonging to the municipality of Michałów (8 pcs), Działoszyce (21), Złota (26), total power of the 0.54 MW installation. The project will be implemented as part of the partnership, Leader of the Złota Commune, based on the design and build formula. The project goal is to increase the amount of energy obtained from renewable energy sources, improve quality and protect the environment and reduce CO2 emissions. The implementation of the project, together with the solutions planned to be used, is in line with the objectives and assumptions of the 3rd priority axis of the RPO. It relates directly to the specific objective of Measure 3.1. Increased share of energy produced from RES in the total energy production in the Świętokrzyskie voivodship. These activities will contribute to the reduction of demand for non-renewable fuels and reduction of avoided CO2, and thus the improvement of air quality. The assumed goals for the project are consistent with the specific objective for measure 3.1, where support was provided, among others for projects involving the construction of infrastructure for generating electricity. The total capacity of the newly created 0.54 MW installations will enable the generation of 493.92MWh / year of electricity and will reduce CO2 emissions by 394.14Mg, indirectly reducing PM10 by 0.03Mg. Energy will be used for its own needs. The main elements are poly panels with 280W unit power, inverters, cables, connectors, assembly structure. A meter will be used. THE PROJECT will affect REDUCTION OF CONVENTIONAL ENERGY. Due to the installation's power below 40 kW, there is no need to obtain permits, environmental decisions or concessions. Full formal and legal readiness. The partners secured funds for the implementation of the project at WPI. The implementation of the investment from 4Q2018 to 30/09/2019.     Projekt dotyczy budowy 55 mikroinstlacji PV montowanych na obiektach użyteczności publicznej należących do gminy Michałów(8 szt),Działoszyce(21),Złota(26),łączna moc instalacji 0,54 MW.Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach zawartego partnerstwa,Lider Gmina Złota, w oparciu o formułę zaprojektuj i wybuduj.CELEMprojektu jest zwiększenie ilości en.pozyskiwanej ze źródeł oze, poprawa jakości i ochrony środowiska oraz redukcja emisji Co2. Realizacja projektu wraz z planowanymi do zastosowania rozwiązaniami wpisuje się w cele i założenia III osi priorytetowejRPO. Główne elementy to panele poli o mocy jednostkowej 280W, falowniki, kable, konektory, konstrukcja montazowa.Zastosowany będzie licznik. PROJEKT wpłynie na REDUKCJĘ ZAPOTRZEBOWANIA NA ENERGIĘ KONWENCJONALNĄ. Ze względu na moc instalacji poniżej 40 kW brak konieczności pozyskania pozwoleń,decyzji środowiskowej,czy koncesji.Pełna gotowość formalno-prawna.
