    Le Plan Local pour l’Insertion et l’Emploi (PLIE) de la métropole Nice Côte d’Azur accompagne des publics en difficulté dans leur retour à l’emploi durable en construisant avec chaque personne un parcours d’insertion individuel qui s’articule en fonction des besoins diagnostiqués autour d’un certain nombre d’étapes (bilan, validation du projet professionnel en entreprise, formation, apprentissage des techniques de recherche d’emploi, accompagnement dans la prospection, etc.…) et suivi en emploi durant 6 mois. De plus, dans le cadre de sa stratégie pour l'emploi,l'Union Européenne apporte un soutien accru aux Plans Locaux pour l'Insertion et l'Emploi (PLIE) via les programmes d'intervention des fonds structurels et notamment du Fonds Social Européen (FSE). Afin de proposer des actions adaptées aux besoins des participants, le PLIE Nice Côte d'Azur souhaite créer une instance représentative et participative des participants du PLIE, appelée "collectif des participants du PLIE.
