The “Use IoT” collaborative experimentation operation for which the lead sponsor applies for a European grant aims to deploy and validate a low-frequency and low-energy “LoRa” network infrastructure, which, through its geolocation capabilities, will enable companies in the region to develop and test new IoT services and uses on a large scale. The partnership is perfectly complementary by including a network operator (Bouygues Télécom), leading LoRa technology companies that will equip the network, a public laboratory and two SME users of this type of network that will be able to test their products and services in real-life situations.
