This project is part of a logic of complementarity with the Training Pass project. Indeed, if Pass Formation meets the cross-cutting needs of the employees of a collective of companies, this project aims to encourage the establishment of training activities of more than 21 hours specific individual for employees of enterprises in the Region. These are: \- to support TPE SME employees (less than 250 employees) in particular with basic knowledge but also to support them in the acquisition of technical and/or specific skills. \- to support the professionalisation of managers or “resources” persons within SME TPEs, in order to acquire the necessary skills for business management (accounting, management, management, business, etc.). to support the implementation of training activities related to the company’s development and strategy, giving priority to the professionalisation of employees through the acquisition of new skills.
