Le projet consiste à compléter les actions de formation destinées aux apprentis en répondant à la demande des professionnels afin d'accroître l'employabilité et favoriser l'insertion professionnelle. Ainsi le CFAA25 souhaite mettre en place des formations complémentaires capacitaires conducteur/conductrice d'engins de chantiers (CACES) 1 (mini-pelles), 8 (tracteurs de plus de 50 CV), 9 (télescopiques), Nacelle (plateformes élévatrices mobiles de personnel) ainsi qu'un permis tronçonneuse. The project consists of complementing the training measures for apprentices by responding to the demand of professionals in order to increase employability and promote vocational integration. For example, CFAA25 wants to set up additional driver/driver training for construction machinery (CACES) 1 (mini-shovels), 8 (tractors over 50 hp), 9 (telescopic), Nacelle (mobile personnel lift platforms) and a chainsaw permit.
